Somno Snug currently delivers throughout mainland UK.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas, islands, or special delivery requirements.

Production & Delivery Times

As all products are handmade and bespoke, delivery times vary depending on the product ordered.

Estimated lead times are typically:

• Beds: 3–9 Days
• Mattresses: 4–8 Days

Customers will be contacted once the order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Requirements

Customers must:

• Ensure accurate delivery information is provided
• Ensure sufficient access for large furniture items
• Notify us of stairs, narrow hallways, or access limitations before delivery

If delivery fails due to access restrictions or incorrect information, redelivery charges may apply.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items upon arrival.

Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours with photographs.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
