Somno Snug currently delivers FREE to England & Part of Wales.
We offer FREE Shipping*. We use private courier service providers. They will be in touch 30 mins before arrival. Please Note Shipping Service is ground floor to the door step only.
Goods will only going to get delivered to the address on sale record. Address Change is not possible as per payment service providers policy.
Choice of room and fitting is going to cost you extra.
*Following post codes come with an extra delivery charge.: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, IP, KA, IV, KY, KW, LL, NR, PA, PO, PH, DT, CT, PL, EX, TR, TQ, and further Costal areas might require extra delivery Time. Inquire Before Placing an Order
We do not offer FREE Shipping Service to offshore and isles of the UK. Coastal Areas also going to cost EXTRA delivery time and Charge.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas, islands, or special delivery requirements.
Production & Delivery Times
As all products are handmade and bespoke, delivery times vary depending on the product ordered.
Estimated lead times are typically:
- Beds: 3–7 Days
- Mattresses: 3–7 Days
Customers will be contacted once the order is ready for dispatch.
Delivery Requirements
Customers must:
- Ensure accurate delivery information is provided
- Ensure sufficient access for large furniture items
- Notify us of stairs, narrow hallways, or access limitations before delivery
If delivery fails due to access restrictions or incorrect information, redelivery charges may apply.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items upon arrival.
Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours with photographs.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
