All products are made to order and may vary slightly from images displayed on the website due to lighting, screen settings, handcrafted finishes, and fabric batches.
Measurements and specifications provided by customers are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure all dimensions are accurate before ordering.
Bespoke Orders
Most Somno Snug products are bespoke and manufactured specifically to customer requirements, including custom sizes, colours, fabrics, and configurations.
Once production begins, bespoke orders cannot usually be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment or an agreed deposit must be received before production begins.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice.
Lead Times
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only.
Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Somno Snug shall not be liable for indirect losses caused by delivery delays.
Deliveries
Customers must ensure:
- Access routes are suitable
- Staircases and doorways can accommodate the product dimensions
- Someone is available to receive delivery
Failed deliveries due to access restrictions or missed appointments may incur additional charges.
Product Care
Customers are responsible for following all mattress and bed care instructions provided.
Improper use, misuse, jumping on beds, water damage, staining, or neglect may void warranties.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
We are not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Improper assembly by third parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
